Time is the issue, not staff attitudes or the environment. I wouldn’t be coming if they weren’t so friendly Why even have an appt time? I understand walk-ins, but why not specific days? Why did I schedule an appt, drive 45m (in this economy) for walk ins to be seen while I’ve been sitting 45m waiting for my scheduled appointment? I’ve also had a scheduled appt take 5hrs. No exaggeration 5 HOURS for something that should have taken an hour/1.5 tops

I tell you what I been gone from Akron for two years, come back needing dental work. Didn’t think I was coming back because my last dental experience wasn’t great at all with a dentist no longer there. Although, I been a patient here for 20 years. Deciding to give it a try a gain because I had many years and boy, best move EVER!!!! Dr Lard, you are the BEST and I can say that with an honest and grateful heart!!! The comfortable position you give and always checking to see if I’m ok and if I was in pain or need a break. I was in and out today and didn’t even know you did them all. Waleska, yes girl, you are awesome. Keep that attitude and reach for whatever you want, you got it!!!! Thank you so much guys, see you in September. Oh the whole office is booming!!! Front staff, kudos

Everyone from the time we entered until we left was wonderful. No attitudes no negativity just 100% good atmosphere. We haven't had that in a dentist and was very pleased with this group. Definitely recommend Akron Family Dental.

Well I was pleasantly surprised 😮 on how very Smooth my visit was!! Being that Doctor Lard was the only Dentist there. He was Sooo Very Calm!!! With a Great additude!! And Such a Very Nice Person!!😊 I also thought that Kerstin? Lol was So Helpful, and Such a Very kind person!!! ☺️ Just a Great Experience Today!! They had me in and out in a Great Timely manner.

I had to edit my review unfortunately. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and I have brought multiple people to this practice. I started back with Dr Rosenthal and thought he was wonderful. I have had a few not so great experiences here but everyone has a bad day, so I focused on the good ones. However... After what I have seen with my daughter the last year, my other daughter today.. and with a good friend of mine 2 years ago, I will no longer return and either will any of my family. If you make a mistake, you should own it. And the response to her review was childish and unprofessional. I am disappointed. We will all be finding a new dental office. Complaining when something is done INCORRECTLY is NOT harassment. She came back multiple times to ask for help and yet its been DOCUMENTED that neither issue was ever fixed. And I do not need you to advise MY insurance company. I did that before you even read the review! Im extremely disappointed in your attitude and response. I have sent multiple people to your practice AND stuck up for you multiple times because people make mistakes but THIS ISNT A MISTAKE. This is just rude and unprofessional. This conversation is
